Privacy Policy

This policy explains how PhotoCraft Hub (https://artcraftphotocraft.app) handles personal information. PhotoCraft Hub is an independent website and is not operated by ArtCraft, the PhotoCraft project or Adobe.

Information we collect

Account information. When you sign in we receive your email address, name and avatar from the sign-in provider, and record the sign-in method and IP address.
Content you submit. Prompts, reference images you upload for editing, and the images and videos generated for you, kept in your creation history.
Usage information. Pages viewed, tools used, generation and checkout events, device type, approximate country and referral source, linked to a visitor identifier stored in a cookie.
Orders. The plan you bought, the amount, the order status and your email. Card details are entered on our payment partner's checkout and never reach us.
Cookies. Sign-in session cookies, language preference, and first-party analytics cookies. If analytics or advertising services are enabled they may set their own cookies.

The free browser tools process images in your browser where possible. Where a tool needs our server, the image is processed temporarily and not stored.

How we use it

To provide the service: accounts, credits, generation and your creation history.
To process purchases, prevent fraud and duplicate free-credit claims, and keep the service secure.
To understand which pages and tools are useful and to fix problems.
To meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Who processes your information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the providers needed to run the service:

AI model providers. Prompts and reference images are sent to our AI infrastructure provider and the model you choose in order to generate results.
Content safety providers. Prompts, reference images and generated results are sent to automated moderation services, including SeeAPI and Waffo, before generation and before delivery.
Payment. Waffo processes payments as merchant of record and receives your email and order details.
Sign-in, hosting and database providers that operate the infrastructure the site runs on.
Authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect rights and safety.

Content safety processing

Automated checks screen prompts before generation, and images and sampled video frames before results are delivered. These checks can produce false positives or miss content, and they do not establish identity, consent or portrait rights. To ask for a review of a blocked request, contact support@artcraftphotocraft.app.

Retention and security

We keep account, order and generation records while your account is open and for as long as needed for legal, accounting and fraud-prevention purposes. Uploaded reference images are held by our AI provider's temporary file storage for a limited time. We use access controls and encryption in transit, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your data rights

You may request access to the personal information associated with your account, correction of inaccurate information, a copy of your data, deletion of your personal information or closure of your account. Where the law provides these rights, you may also object to or restrict processing and withdraw consent.

Send the request from your account email to support@artcraftphotocraft.app with the subject "Privacy request" and say what you want us to do. We may ask for information to confirm the account is yours. We aim to respond within 30 days and will explain if more time is needed.

Closing an account ends access to it. Some transaction and security records may be kept where the law requires or to resolve disputes and prevent fraud. You may also contact your local data protection authority.

Children

The service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
