Terms of Service

Effective date: October 12, 2026

These terms apply to PhotoCraft Hub (https://artcraftphotocraft.app), an independent website that publishes a guide to the PhotoCraft image editor and sells its own online AI image and video generation. By using the site you agree to them.

1. An independent site

PhotoCraft Hub is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by ArtCraft, the PhotoCraft project or Adobe. PhotoCraft is free, open-source software. We do not sell, host or distribute it; our download links lead to the official PhotoCraft page and its GitHub repository. Nothing you buy here is a license for PhotoCraft or for any ArtCraft or Adobe product.

Guide content reflects public information on the date shown on each page. Software changes quickly, so check the official sources before you rely on a detail.

2. What we provide

  • Free guide pages and free browser-based image tools.
  • Paid AI image generation, image editing and video generation, run on third-party AI models and paid for with credits.

3. Accounts

You need an account to generate with AI. Keep your sign-in secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

4. Credits, plans and payment

  • AI generation uses credits. The cost of each model is shown before you start a task.
  • Credits are sold as one-time packs and as monthly or yearly subscriptions. Pack credits are valid for 99 months. Subscription credits are valid for the billing period they are issued for.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from My Orders.
  • Free credits granted at sign-up or as rewards may be limited to image generation and may be withheld where we detect duplicate accounts.
  • Payments are processed by Waffo, which acts as merchant of record. Their checkout terms apply to the payment itself, and we do not receive or store your card details.
  • Prices may change. A change does not affect a period you have already paid for.

5. Refunds

When a generation fails, returns no result or is withheld by a safety check after you were charged, the credits for that task are returned to your balance automatically, subject to a daily limit that prevents abuse. Purchases of credits and subscriptions are otherwise final and non-refundable, unless the law where you live requires a refund. If a payment went wrong, contact support@artcraftphotocraft.app.

6. Your content and the results

You keep the rights you have in the prompts and images you upload, and you may use the results you generate, including commercially, to the extent the law and the terms of the underlying AI model allow. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any image you upload and that your use of a result is lawful. AI output can be inaccurate or similar to other people's output.

7. Acceptable use of AI generation

You must not use the service to generate, upload, edit or distribute:

  • Pornography or sexually explicit material, including non-consensual sexual imagery.
  • Graphic violence, gore or content that promotes violent harm.
  • Hate speech or content that promotes discrimination or violence against protected groups.
  • Child sexual abuse material, sexualization of minors or content that endangers children.
  • Deepfakes or deceptive impersonation of real people, or misleading depictions of what a person said or did.
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademark or other rights.
  • Anything illegal, or attempts to bypass our safety systems or security.

Content checks and enforcement

Prompts are screened automatically before generation. Reference images and generated images are checked before delivery, and generated videos are checked by sampling frames. A result whose check is pending, unavailable or blocked is not released. These checks can make mistakes in both directions, and they do not establish consent or portrait rights. Requests are also subject to the content rules of the AI model you select.

We may investigate reports and take proportionate action, including rejecting requests, removing content under our control, limiting features, or suspending or closing an account for serious or repeated violations.

Reports and appeals

To report a suspected violation, write to support@artcraftphotocraft.app with the subject "Content report", the task or page concerned and a description. Do not send illegal material. If you think a request was blocked or an action was taken in error, write to the same address with the details.

8. Our content and trademarks

The site design, text and software are ours or our licensors'. Third-party names such as ArtCraft, PhotoCraft, Adobe, Photoshop and GitHub belong to their owners and are used only to describe their products.

9. Availability and changes

The service depends on third-party AI providers. Models may be added, changed or removed, and the service may be interrupted. We may change or discontinue features, and we will handle unused paid credits fairly if we discontinue paid generation.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for conduct that breaks these terms or harms other users, us or third parties.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
