What to expect from an alpha
PhotoCraft is early alpha software. The project says so itself, and lists generative AI, a handful of missing tools, deeper typography and plug-in support as its largest gaps. In practice:
- Save often and keep copies of PSD files you care about.
- Compare complex PSD files after opening them; most render correctly, some do not yet.
- Report bugs on GitHub with your operating system, document size, layer count and a screenshot.
