Do I have to pay to use PhotoCraft?
No. PhotoCraft is free, open-source software from ArtCraft, and you download it from the official sources. Payments on this site only buy credits for PhotoCraft Hub's own AI image and video generation.
What does a credit buy?
A standard image costs 8 credits and a Pro image costs 32. Other image models cost between 4 and 32 credits, and a 5-second video with the default model costs 55. Each model shows its cost before you generate.
Do credits expire?
Credit packs are valid for 99 months. Monthly plan credits are valid for the billing month they are issued for, and yearly plan credits for the billing year.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime from My Orders, then Manage billing. You keep your credits until the end of the period you paid for.
What is your refund policy?
Credits that a failed generation used are returned automatically. Purchases themselves are final and non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise, as set out in our Terms of Service. If something went wrong with a payment, write to the support address in the footer.
Can I try the AI studio before paying?
Yes. New accounts in supported regions get 64 free credits, about 8 standard images, with no card required. Free credits cover images; video generation needs purchased credits.
Is checkout secure?
Payment is completed on the hosted checkout page of our payment partner, Waffo, which acts as merchant of record. PhotoCraft Hub never sees or stores your card details.
